I have practiced Yoga for the past 15 years with many different instructors. I feel Yoga should be instructed to help the mind, body, & soul through gentle stretching and activation of the chakras. Eve does an excellent job offering this technique and is able to show alternative moves when necessary. Core strengthening and releasing the hip flexors are areas that Eve seems to address with each session. She also has a very soothing voice which really heightens the experience.
From a male perspective, Eve is a great teacher that will make you comfortable in a class full of women. She does an excellent job explaining postures and I always feel like I've accomplished something after each session. I definitely recommend her classes for not only women, but especially men wanting to try Yoga for the first time. I branched out of my comfort zone and now I go to every class & absolutely love it.
