Eve received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned about more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she can help you create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Throughout sessions we will uncover layers of defense, allowing you to begin feeling free to connect with your true self. Together, we'll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

1:1 Program Offerings
Meet every week for one month, addressing your individualized dietary concerns. This makes for the perfect opportunity to try out a new way of eating and reframe the way you think about what goes into your body.
Ready to Realign
Realign the relationship you maintain with yourself, your daily dietary choices, and your self-care routines. This middle tier program offers an opportunity to fully commit to yourself with plenty of time to implement changes and discover what tools work well for you!
Meet bi-weekly over the span of 6 months. This lengthy time span allows the best opportunity to discover how to hold on to your healthy habits and feel supported even through the toughest situations. If you're completely committed to your long term, whole body health - this is the program for you!
