Women's Wellness is a small group health coaching program aimed at creating an environment where you can feel supported and empowered to achieve your wellness goals!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Circle up with a small group of like minded women to explore your individual dietary & lifestyle habits. Discover, empower & hold each other accountable in this group coaching setting that explores techniques to create whole body homeostasis.
Lifestyle & Nutrition
Explore nutrition through an intuitive lense and discover where you land in your own circle of life. Bring awareness to what pulls you out of balance and focus your energy on whats going to help you easily shift into healthy, sustainable routines.
Nervous System Regulation
Experiment with various beloved tools to help regulate your nervous system, adapt to stress and reduce anxiety. Breath-work, vagus nerve stimulation, journaling, mindfulness, and manifestation are just a few of the potent tools we will practice with.
Work alongside the seasonal cycles of the female reproductive system to adjust your everyday decisions and create better hormonal balance. Become more in-tune with the needs of your cycle to make your menstrual phase easier to manage.

12 meetups over the span of 6 months
Sessions varying from 45-75 minutes

Moving the body first can help us to feel grounded, more open and encourage full integration of the group coaching experience.
Eve's explorative vinyasa flow yoga classes connect breath with movement, becoming a moving meditation that creates strength and allows space for fluidity in the physical and emotional body.
Yoga will be held from 6-7pm, just before each coaching session, and is an optional component of the program.

Your Women's Wellness Coach
Eve Farwell founded her business “Seed of Mind Wellness” in 2020 with a mission to make the benefits of yoga, herbalism, and holistic health accessible to the rural population of Philipsburg, Montana and beyond.
Eve received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned about more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she can help you create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Eve practices privately in Philipsburg, MT and virtually, coaching clients on how to reach their goals for health, weight loss, and stress reduction.
With an ever present smile, Eve pursues her dreams of exploring the world, connecting with nature, and sharing her beloved self-care practices with others.
