A program designed to set you up with the knowledge and tools to encourage a healthy lymphatic flow on your own. Lymphatic Love consists of 6 private sessions over the span of 3 months. Each month you will receive a holistic health coaching session with personalized nutritional & lifestyle guidance as well as a private yoga session focusing on movement, nervous system regulation & self massage techniques to encourage lymphatic flow.   Why is loving your lymphatic system such an important aspect of self-care? The lymphatics are a system of detoxifying agents within our bodies that transport, store and regulate toxins, proteins, immune cells, fats, vitamins and more. The lymphatic system regulates inflammation, immune function, circulation, blood sugar, and many other organ processes. This potent system can be utilized to support many functions within and prevent a lot of common issues like acne, eczema, skin rashes, headaches, memory, focus, inflammation, and IBS. Increasing lymph flow can do a number of things to promote longevity and help you feel your best on a daily basis. It’s huge for reducing systemic inflammation which can prevent bigger, long term issues from arising. A lymphatics focused approach has also been proven to help reduce belly fat & loose weight!  During this program we will design an individualized lymphatic loving routine to incorporate into your daily self-care regimen. This may include body care modalities to nervous system regulation techniques that will support the overall function of this complex body system. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services are reserved especially for you. I require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your session is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to the full charge for each service.
