An Elemental Reset
The Sacred Elements Retreat is an invitation to return to balance through the wisdom of the natural world. Each day is guided by an elemental theme — earth, water, air, fire, and integration — offering a supportive rhythm for your week. Through mindful movement, reflective circles, sound healing, plant-based rituals, and spacious time for rest or exploration, guests are invited to ground into the body, release tension, and reconnect with intuition in a way that feels sustainable and nourishing.
Our home base at Samadhi provides a serene container for integration, with thoughtfully curated cultural experiences, creative workshops, and generous free time for spa therapies or solitude woven throughout. Optional journeys to Machu Picchu are offered as an extension of the retreat, inviting exploration at a pace that feels aligned — whether through a one-day spiritual visit or a multi-day trek.
This retreat is not about pushing limits or following a single path. It is about listening — to the body, the land, and your own inner rhythms — and allowing the elements to guide a meaningful, embodied reset.

Eve Farwell
Eve Farwell founded Seed of Mind Wellness, with a heartfelt mission: to plant small, meaningful seeds of wellbeing through yoga, sound healing, herbalism, and integrative health coaching — making these practices accessible to her rural community in Philipsburg, Montana and beyond.
Her connection to Peru runs deep. As an exchange student, Eve lived immersed in the culture, language, and landscapes of the country, an experience that profoundly shaped her relationship with travel, community, and the wisdom of place. That early chapter planted a lifelong seed for cultural immersion and mindful exploration — values that now live at the heart of her retreat offerings.
With years of experience as a retreat facilitator, Eve curates journeys that balance movement and rest, reflection and adventure. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to honor the land, invite presence, and create space for meaningful connection. Eve brings warmth, curiosity, and grounded guidance to every experience she hosts, creating a container where guests feel supported, inspired, and deeply at home.
