Lymphatics Flow + Sound Bath
Service Description
Join Eve Farwell from Seed of Mind Wellness for a Lymphatic Slow Flow + Sound Bath. A unique workshop designed to reset and recharge the physical and energetic bodies. As a certified lymphatics yoga instructor, Eve will guide you through a breath work and movement practice to enhance the bodies natural detoxification processes. After that you will cozy up to drift away into a state of deep relaxation during a calming sound bath. Allow the vibrational sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to wash over you, easing tension, and shifting your energetic state. Please bring a yoga mat and one blanket. An additional pillow and cozy blanket could be nice for added comfort during the sound bath. May 28th from 6-8pm Located at Flourish Wellness in Missoula, MT. 101 S.
