Together, we’ll gather at the historic Boulder Hot Springs for a weekend designed to balance deep rest with uplifting creativity. Through guided yoga, meditation, sound healing, lymphatic flow practices, self-myofascial release, tea blending, and art-making, you’ll explore both the inward journey and the joyful expression of spring.
