A moment to begin:
Light the candle. Inhale deeply through your nose and notice what scents are being offered by the forest. Close your eyes and imagine the ground beneath your feet — roots, soil, pine needles, moss. Pause here for a moment. When you're ready, speak out loud: I am present in my body - I am grounded with the earth -I am connected - I am safe - I am whole
