(“Agreement”)

Organizer: Seed of Mind Wellness (including its owners, guides, facilitators, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates)
 

1. Nature of Activities and Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that the Retreat and optional Trek involve activities that carry inherent risks. These include — but are not limited to — yoga, movement, sound baths, ceremony work, group classes; high‑altitude trekking and hiking; traversing uneven, steep, or unstable terrain; travel by vehicle, train or foot; cultural excursions; use of lodging and shared or remote facilities; natural elements and environmental conditions; and other related activities (“Activities”).

I understand that these Activities may result in injury, illness (including altitude and environment‑related), permanent disability, or death, and that such risks may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes, including negligence of the Organizer, other participants, third parties, weather, terrain, travel conditions, or other factors.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or other consequences that may result from my participation.

2. Health Declaration & Responsibility

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Activities. I agree to promptly inform the Organizer of any medical or psychological conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, or other health concerns. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own health, physical condition, and medical insurance.

I acknowledge that the Organizer does not provide medical insurance. I consent to receive first‑aid, emergency care, evacuation, or treatment as deemed necessary, at my own cost.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Organizer (and their officers, employees, agents, contractors, guides, affiliates and representatives) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by me, or my property, whether caused by negligence, acts (or omissions) of the Organizer, third parties, conditions of the Activities, or otherwise, including but not limited to those arising during travel to/from the Retreat, lodging, trekking, excursions, transport, or any other component of the Retreat or Trek.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to my participation in the Retreat or Trek, including any negligent or wrongful acts that may be attributed to me.
 

5. Media & Publicity Release

I grant permission to the Organizer to photograph, video, or otherwise record me during the Retreat or Trek, and to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, or social media purposes, without compensation.

6. Participant Conduct & Compliance

I agree to follow all instructions, guidance, and decisions of the Organizer, guides, facilitators, and staff. I understand that failure to follow safety or group guidelines may result in removal from certain activities at my expense, and without refund.

7. Insurance & Travel Costs

I understand that travel to/from the Retreat, flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, and additional personal costs (luggage, gear, incidental expenses) are my responsibility. I accept that the Organizer is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for non‑refundable travel or personal expenses if I must cancel or leave early.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding & Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I have read this Agreement in full, I understand its terms, and I sign it voluntarily of my own free will, without coercion, duress, or undue influence.
