Service Description

Prepare yourself a cup of tea and join me for a virtual meetup where we will get to know each other! Together we will discuss your unique situation and determine how I can help you reach your personal health and wellness goals. This meetup will allow you to get a sense of what it feels like to be in a supportive environment with me as your coach while we explore what path will work best for you. Discovery calls are completely free with no strings attached. With accessibility and community building being a high priority for Seed of Mind Wellness, towards the end of the call you will be introduced to the varied pricing and payment plans which are offered at a sliding scale basis. Proof of income will not be required although an honest representation is appreciated. A discovery call is required prior to signing up for both the Women's Wellness group or any Seed of Mind 1:1 coaching containers.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services are reserved especially for you. I require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your session is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to the full charge for each service.
