The sky has been clouded with smoke lately. Some days it's hard to take a full breath without thinking about the smoke, the fires, and how close they keep getting. So I'm holding a pop-up to support you this smoke season: Breathe Free | Breathe Steams, Breathwork & Gong Bath Wednesday, August 12 from 7–8pm at Renew Wellness We'll begin with an herbal breathe steam, made with aromatic herbs, salts, and essential oils to open and soothe irritated airways. From there we move into guided breathwork, gentle and grounded, meeting any fear or fatigue of this season instead of pushing past it. We'll integrate with a gong bath, letting the sound process everything the breath just brought to the surface. And close with a glass of Breathe Free iced tea to sip slowly as you return to reality. It's happening the same evening as the total solar eclipse in Leo, offering an opportunity to pause and simply witness whatever wants to shift. Only 12 spots for this one, $33 to hold yours.
